Clemens Strum and Alex Haudum, Delegation Managers (Amsterdam) – Our delegation managers will meet us at the airport when we land and will be with us for the entirety of our trip. They will travel with us and stay in the hotels with us. The advantage of having a ground crew is having a local who knows the ins and out of the country we are in. Our partners have been doing this for a long time and will take great care of our group.
Dear members of the Netherlands/France Softball and Baseball Tour! – First of all, let us congratulate you on representing your country in Europe. We have already taken care of many awesome US delegations but we are sure you guys are even cooler than the rest! 😉 Our role as a delegation managers is to ensure the quality of the trip and of all services (hotels, restaurants, guides etc.), but most importantly to make sure you guys are having the best time ever! Please keep in mind we are not tourist guides, so we might not immediately have an answer to all of your tourist questions but we will make sure to find those answers for you! We will wait for you outside of the baggage claim area in Amsterdam. We can’t wait to meet all of you over here in Europe! – Clemens and Alex

For more details or to sign up, please let us know.
